Big Lunch 2015

Big Lunch 2015 is here!! The annual summer project which aims to bring people together over a feast of dun is back in Leigh! Local groups have once again shown their sport by organising a Big Lunch of their own – with some help from Leigh Neighbours!

Susan Gredecki, chair of Leigh Neighbours, says: “The Big Lunch is a great way of bringing people together and we’re delighted to be able to help local groups host their own Big Lunch event, open to the wider community.”

Local residents within the Leigh Neighbours patch are invited to attend these Big Lunch events:

 

• 12 noon Monday 1st June, hotpot and bingo at Kingsleigh Methodist.
• 2pm Tuesday 2nd June at As in Eden on Walmesley Road
• 5.30pm Tuesday 9th June, Turnpike Gallery, where the hosts Leigh Youth Voice and Kamosi are putting on a special event.
• 1.00pm Friday 12th June, Afternoon Tea at Sacred Heart Primary School.
