VOLUNTEER WEEK

This week is “Volunteer week” nationally were people from all walks of life are “Thanked” for giving up their time to support others.This may be within a shop, a cafe or on a project .Time is precious to all of us which makes it more Humble that people are still willing to contribute their Skills, Knowledge and hands on to support others.

It is also a Time were people can apply to Volunteer, maybe its something that you have been thinking about for a while and never quite got round to making the first step ????

Through lock down you may have felt isolated and alone, so never a better time than now  as we are slowly tiptoeing out of lock down to offer your time and skills to support others.

Here at Leigh Neighbours we are always happy for new volunteers to join us, we have many different volunteering roles available and totally flexible with time.Weather it be you are wanting to support us within our green spaces in our area or you totally love IT and are eager to share your expertise or just to give something back to the community .Come and make yourselves known to us ….Say Hi and meet new friends and contribute to the positive work we have been undertaking for the past 5 years in the Leigh Neighbours Area and hope to continue to do in the foreseeable future.Send us an email with your information and we’ll contact you soon.
