Our community allotment is INCREDIBLE!

The Leigh Neighbours community allotment on Railway Road certainly lives up to its “Incredible Edible” claims – if Jan’s harvest is anything to go by!

 

 

Given the previous condition of this area of the car park – overgrown, unloved, litter strewn – well, the allotment is most definitely an “Incredible” improvement! And these tatties are more than deserving of the description “Edible”!

The vice chair of Leigh Neighbours looks thrilled at her recent yield of herbs and vegetables… the start of many more to come we hope!
