“We would be honoured if you would join us…” … at our free STAR WARS themed Light Party!
Calling all fans of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia… and Darth Vader!
Churches in Leigh and Leigh Neighbours are joining forces to lay on an alternative night of fun on Monday 31st October – for families who prefer space to spook!
Children are encouraged to come along to the party at the Derby Room (above Leigh Library) dressed as their favourite Star Wars character.
The fun kicks off at 5.00pm until 6.30pm for 4-8 year olds, followed by a party for older children (8+) from 7.00pm until 8.30pm.
The event will be free but will be ticketed. Tickets are available by contacting Amber Burgess, Church Unity Coordinator. The venue’s capacity is limited so there is the option to drop children off at the party or to stay and enjoy the parent’s café area. Any parent wishing to stay will need to book a ticket.
And the fun doesn’t stop there!
Over October half term there will be some free creative workshops to craft items for the party. You do not have to attend the workshops to come to the party and vice versa but you do need to book a place!
